God is unmatched and unrivaled in holiness, purity, and goodness. Throughout the Bible, when men met with God in His glory, they fell on their faces as they realized their sinfulness and inadequacy. God has not, however, left us without hope. He calls us to follow Him and live lives of holiness, through His power and because of the sacrifice of Jesus for our sins.
