Mary was chosen for an amazing and special calling: to bring Jesus into the world. Yet when the angel told her, she also knew it would be difficult. But she had a beautiful attitude: “Behold, the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to your word.” May we have that same attitude as we fulfill our calling of showing Christ to the world.
