Fellowship Restored Through Suffering

Sin and idols break our fellowship with God and with humans, but Jesus restored our fellowship with God through his suffering. Jesus was obedient to his Father even to the death, and he experienced what it means to live in a sin-cursed earth. Let us follow in Jesus’ footsteps and share the “fellowship of his sufferings” by forsaking sin and idolatry, and enter into the abundant fellowship with God and each other that Christ has provided.
