What is Communion? Contrast in your mind the first Communion at the Last Supper, and the next Communion the disciples observed, possibly after Pentecost. What was the difference? Jesus was no longer there in body, but He was there in spirit, and He lived in the hearts of the disciples! Our observance of Communion needs to flow from our personal daily communion with Christ. He is what Communion is all about!
