Remember the Poor

A very large portion of the world lives in poverty today. The Word of God exhorts us to consider the poor. Inner-city ministry is usually directed towards poor people. It can be difficult and unpleasant to work with the poor, but God blesses this type of ministry, and uses it to prepare us for a lifetime of ministry. It bears fruit that lasts into eternity.
