We second-generation Christian young people have been handed a “goodly heritage” which our parents paid a price for. The land they have given us is the fear of the Lord which changed their direction and thus affected us. Their fight cost them the pain and humility of facing their needs over and over, having to press on in spite of many obstacles. May we as second-generation Christians consider where we would be today had they not fought for the real relationship with Jesus Christ.
