The Purpose of the Cross

The cross is a key to Christian victory. We must willingly volunteer ourselves to die to the flesh daily. The will of God will lead us there, and if we instead refuse the cross we will lack the power to live the Christian life. To die to the flesh and take up the cross will be a means of life and victory.
